SEREMBAN, Oct 8-- The Malaysian Academic Association Congress (MAAC) has urged the government to consider a better scheme and salary for lecturers in the country, in view of their contributions to society.

KUALA TERENGGANU, Oct 7 -- Four cores will be the main pillars in the planning of the Terengganu State Budget 2020 which will be tabled on November 24th.

TUMPAT, Oct 7 -- Livestock sector operators hope the government does not ignore the needs of this group in Budget 2020 which will be tabled this Friday, by increasing the existing aid.

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 7 (Bernama) -- The Malaysian Plastics Manufacturers Association (MPMA) and Malaysian Plastics Recyclers Association (MPRA) have expressed hope that Budget 2020 will contain allocations for programmes to improve household waste separation, especially the separation of recyclable plastics.
